Imagine for a moment you could find a local real estate agent with
- amazing energy
- deep knowledge of the changing market in the Atlanta area
- an obsession with customer service
- rave reviews from past clients
Now imagine that Realtor came with a top-notch builder — someone who could help you evaluate a home or who could help you get a home ready to sell for the best price.
Impossible, you’re probably thinking.
Meet Amanda and Andy Shelton of Heart & Hammer Realty. She’s a Top 20% Keller Williams agent with deep expertise in the North Atlanta market. He’s an experienced builder who can evaluate a home from the inside out — and do something about it.
“He likes to say he’s the heart, and I’m the hammer,” Amanda says. “But it’s the opposite — unless we’re negotiating.”
Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, build or invest, work with a trusted local team who can serve as your partners in this rapidly evolving market. Call or text Amanda today at 770.572.0722, or email her at [email protected]

Here are the top five stories in Cumming today:
- The City of Cumming announced on Monday that Cumming Family Chiropractic is moving to the Cumming City Center development. The chiropractic office is owned and operated by Dr. Diana Husk, a Forsyth County resident. The office specialized in prenatal, pregnancy, and pediatric care, but all chiropractor needs are met at the practice. (NewsBreak Original)
- Four of the 14 members of the Georgia Congress serve in districts where they do not live. Those members living outside their districts include Rich McCormick, Lucy McBath, Andrew Clyde, and David Scott. McCormick said, “Every day I’m in district, I’m in Cumming, which is in the middle of my district … Now, where I sleep is nobody’s business.” Members of Congress are only required to live in the states in which they represent – not the districts. - Three teams from Sawnee Elementary school competed in the VEX IQ Robotics Tournament on Saturday. The three teams traveled to Lanier Middle School to compete in the competition. The Gorgeous Group took second place for the Teamwork Champion Award and the Excellence Award. The Rogue Robots took first place for the Teamwork Champion Award. (Sawnee Elementary via Facebook)
